Our loan steps are exceedingly simple:

1. Fill out and submit an application through our safe and secure online system.
2. Keep in mind that the minimum loan amount for recreational financing we offer is $10,000.
3. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as we receive your application serving as a receipt of application. After receiving that email, you can go online any time to check the status of your loan.
4. Once we receive your application we strive to provide you with a lending decision within 24 hours ( not always possible during our busy season ) . As soon as your loan is approved you will receive a call from one of our loan specialist to go over the details of your approval and what the next steps are. You will also receive an approval letter via email that will contain the details of your approval, including rate and term information.
5. Once you’ve received a decision, all you have to do is email us or call our offices toll free at 866-900-8949 to move forward with your loan process or ask any questions. You have 30 days from the time your loan is approved to take advantage of the rates and terms you were quoted.
6. When you are ready to proceed, you will upload the required documents per your approval letter to your secure portal. This will include, but is not limited to, the title copy front and back for the motor home, RV, horse trailer, boat or motorcycle you are planning to purchase, complete with all the requested information regarding the lien and seller.
7. Once we receive all required stipulations and documentation per your approval letter, we will schedule a closing call via ZOOM with both buyer and seller. After the closing call, we will send you all required loan documents via your secure portal and email. Once you have printed and signed the necessary documents, you will need to send them back to us per the provided pre-paid FedEx label.  At this time, a copy of your active insurance binder with the appropriate lien listed will need to be provided.
8. After we receive your signed loan documents, if everything is completed correctly it normally takes 2-3 business days for you to receive your funding in the form of a cashier’s check.
9. When your recreational financing is completed, you will receive an informational email in regards to titling and registering your collateral with the proper lien holder listed. You will also receive payment books form the lender to initiate your first payment. It’s that simple.
